2. Gather your ritual tools
A journal you actually like writing in. A pen that feels good. A quiet corner. Print the worksheets or keep them open on your screen. This is your space — set it up like you matter.
3. Start with Welcome, then Module 1
Move at your own pace. This is self-paced on purpose — you get to decide when to press play, when to pause, and when to sit with something a little longer.
4. Be honest on the worksheets
Nobody is grading you. Nobody is watching. This is the one place you don't have to be palatable, agreeable, or impressive. Let it be messy. Let it be real.
